- 2 (12-oz) pkg Italian-style sausage with mozzarella cheese, sliced
- 1 (32-oz) carton low-sodium chicken broth
- 1 (28-oz) can fire-roasted crushed tomatoes
- 2 cups sliced carrots
- 1 onion, chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 Tbsp dried oregano
- ½ tsp pepper
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a 5- to 6-quart slow cooker. Cover and cook on LOW 6 to 7 hours.
