Fire-Roasted Tomato Ravioli
Chopped Romaine Salad
Ingredients
- 1 (24-oz) jar fire-roasted marinara sauce
- 1 (25-oz) pkg frozen beef ravioli
- 1 (8-oz) can tomato sauce
- 1 cup water
- 1 Tbsp Italian seasoning
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 Tbsp chopped fresh basil (optional)
Instructions
- Pour half of marinara sauce in a greased 5- to 6-quart slow cooker; add ravioli.
- Stir together remaining marinara sauce, tomato sauce, water, and Italian seasoning; pour mixture over ravioli. Top with cheese.
- Cover and cook on LOW 4 to 5 hours. Sprinkle with basil, if desired.

- 1 (10-oz) pkg chopped romaine lettuce
- ½ cup balsamic vinaigrette
Side Dish Instructions
- Toss together lettuce and vinaigrette in a large bowl.
