Barbecue-Ranch Pasta Toss
Cut Vegetables
Ingredients
- 6 oz whole grain rotini pasta (about 1½ cups)
- ¼ cup refrigerated yogurt Ranch dressing
- 2 Tbsp barbecue sauce
- 1 cup chopped rotisserie chicken
- 1 red bell pepper, chopped
- 1 cup freshly shredded reduced-fat Cheddar cheese
- ¼ cup real bacon bits
- 2 green onions, sliced
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package directions; drain, and rinse under cold water to cool. Whisk together Ranch dressing and barbecue sauce in a small bowl.
- Toss together pasta, chicken, and dressing in a serving bowl. Stir in tomatoes, cheese, bacon bits, and green onion. Chill until ready to serve.

- 1 English cucumber, sliced
- 2 carrots, cut into sticks
Side Dish Instructions
- Serve vegetables alongside pasta salad.
