Ingredients
- 2 lb boneless, skinless chicken thighs
- ¾ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp pepper
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 1½ tsp Sriracha hot sauce
Instructions
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper.
- Place chicken on a grill rack coated with cooking spray. Grill, covered, 12 minutes or until done, turning once. Remove chicken from grill; let stand 10 minutes.
- Combine mayonnaise and Sriracha in a small bowl; serve with chicken.

- 3 yellow squash, cut into 1½-inch pieces
- 1½ lb asparagus, trimmed and cut into 1½-inch pieces
- 1 lemon, sliced
- ½ red onion, sliced
- ¼ cup olive oil
- ¼ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 1½ tsp Greek seasoning
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
Side Dish Instructions
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Toss together squash, asparagus, lemon, onion, and oil on a 20- x 20-inch sheet of heavy-duty foil. Sprinkle with cheese, seasoning, salt, and pepper; wrap tightly.
- Grill, covered, 15 to 20 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
