Ingredients

  • 1 (12-oz) can pear nectar
  • ½ tsp real grenadine (or use pomegranate syrup)
  • 1 (750-ml) bottle Prosecco
  • Garnish: thin pear slices (optional)

Instructions

  1. Stir together pear nectar and grenadine in a small pitcher.
  2. Divide nectar mixture among 6 Champagne flutes; top each with Prosecco. Garnish each flute with a pear slice, if desired. Makes 6 servings.
