Cake Batter Fudge

Ingredients

  • 1 (14-oz) can sweetened condensed milk
  • ¼ cup dry yellow cake mix
  • 1 (12-oz) pkg white chocolate chips
  • ⅔ cup assorted candy sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Line an 8- x 8-inch pan with foil; spray foil with cooking spray.
  2. Whisk together condensed milk and cake mix in a microwave-safe bowl.
  3. Add white chocolate chips, and microwave in 30-second intervals until completely melted, stirring after each interval. Cool 2 minutes.
  4. Gently fold in half of candy sprinkles; immediately pour into prepared pan. Sprinkles may bleed if over-mixed.
  5. Top fudge with remaining sprinkles. Chill for at least 2 hours. Cut into 1-inch squares to serve.
