BLT Chicken-Avocado Salad

Ingredients
- 2 slices bacon
- ½ (5-oz) pkg baby spinach-spring mix blend
- 1 Roma tomato, cut into wedges
- 3 Tbsp crumbled blue cheese
- 3 Tbsp chopped pecans
- ½ cup sliced or diced avocado
- 1¼ cups shredded rotisserie chicken
- ¼ cup balsamic vinaigrette
Instructions
- Cook bacon in a skillet 6 to 8 minutes or until crisp. Drain and cool. Crumble bacon.
- Arrange greens, tomato, cheese, nuts, avocado, bacon, and chicken on a platter. Drizzle with dressing.
