15-Minute Garlic-Rosemary Salmon
Heirloom Tomato Couscous
Ingredients
- ½ lb salmon fillets
- 1 Tbsp butter, melted
- ⅛ tsp garlic salt
- ¼ tsp pepper
- 1 Tbsp chopped fresh rosemary
Instructions
- Preheat broiler with oven rack 6 inches from heat. Arrange fish on a foil-lined baking sheet; brush with butter, and sprinkle with garlic salt and pepper.
- Broil 5 to 7 minutes or until fish flakes with a fork. Sprinkle with rosemary.
Side Dish Ingredients
- ½ cup whole wheat couscous
- 1 small heirloom tomato, chopped
- 1 green onion, chopped
- 2 Tbsp olive oil vinaigrette
Side Dish Instructions
- Prepare couscous according to package directions; cool slightly, and toss with remaining ingredients.
