Quick Chili Cheeseburgers with Fried Onions

Ingredients
- 2 ground beef patties
- 2 slices Cheddar cheese
- 1 (15-oz) can chili
- 2 hamburger buns, split and toasted
- ½ (2.8-oz) container French fried onions
Instructions
- Season patties with salt and pepper. Cook patties in a skillet over medium-high heat 5 to 6 minutes per side or until no longer pink in centers. Top each with 1 slice cheese, and let stand until melted.
- Meanwhile, heat chili according to directions on can.
- Serve patties on buns topped with desired amount of chili and fried onions.

- 1 (8-oz) container guacamole
