Teriyaki Chicken Thighs

Ingredients

  • 2 lb boneless, skinless chicken thighs
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 2 green onions, sliced

Instructions

  1. Cook chicken in hot oil in a grill pan or cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat 4 to 5 minutes per side or until done.
  2. Stir in sauce; cook 3 minutes or until thoroughly heated, turning chicken to coat. Sprinkle with onions.

  • 1 (16-oz) pkg frozen stir-fry vegetables
  • 1 Tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
