Teriyaki Chicken Thighs
Fried Rice and Stir-Fried Vegetables
Ingredients
- 2 lb boneless, skinless chicken thighs
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup teriyaki sauce
- 2 green onions, sliced
Instructions
- Cook chicken in hot oil in a grill pan or cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat 4 to 5 minutes per side or until done.
- Stir in sauce; cook 3 minutes or until thoroughly heated, turning chicken to coat. Sprinkle with onions.
