BLT Burgers
Tangy Yogurt ColeslawIngredients
- 2 fresh plant-based burger patties
- 2 thin slices Cheddar cheese
- 2 slices fully cooked bacon (or use veggie bacon strips)
- 4 Bibb lettuce leaves
- 1 small tomato, sliced
Instructions
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Grill patties 3 minutes per side, topping with cheese during last minute of cooking.
- Meanwhile, heat bacon according to package directions; cut each slice in half.
- Divide lettuce into 2 stacks. Top with patties, bacon, and tomato slices.

- 2 Tbsp coleslaw dressing
- 1½ Tbsp whole milk plain Greek yogurt
- ½ (16-oz) pkg tricolor coleslaw
Side Dish Instructions
- Combine dressing and yogurt in a bowl. Add coleslaw; toss.
