Rosemary-Garlic Steak Bites

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • ¼ cup balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tsp dried crushed rosemary
  • 2 lb boneless top sirloin steak, trimmed

Instructions

  1. Whisk together oil, vinegar, garlic powder, and rosemary in a small bowl. Cut steak into 1 inch cubes and place in a large zip-top plastic bag; add oil mixture. Seal bag, and refrigerate at least 1 hour or up to 4 hours.
  2. Heat a large cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat. Remove steak from marinade, discarding marinade.
  3. Cook steak 5 to 6 minutes, turning occasionally, until browned on all sides .

  • 1 (19-oz) pkg frozen cheese ravioli
  • 2 Tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 Tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 1 (14.5-oz) can chicken broth
  • 1 (8-oz) container chive and onion cream cheese, softened
  • 2 (8-oz) pkg thin green beans

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Cook ravioli according to package directions.
  2. Meanwhile, melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat; add garlic powder and flour; cook, stirring constantly, 2 minutes.
  3. Add broth; cook, stirring often, 5 minutes or until slightly thickened. Add cream cheese, stirring until melted. Add ravioli; toss.
  4. Steam green beans according to package directions.
