Rosemary-Garlic Steak Bites
Creamy Ravioli and Steamed Green BeansIngredients
- ¼ cup olive oil
- ¼ cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tsp dried crushed rosemary
- 2 lb boneless top sirloin steak, trimmed
Instructions
- Whisk together oil, vinegar, garlic powder, and rosemary in a small bowl. Cut steak into 1 inch cubes and place in a large zip-top plastic bag; add oil mixture. Seal bag, and refrigerate at least 1 hour or up to 4 hours.
- Heat a large cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat. Remove steak from marinade, discarding marinade.
- Cook steak 5 to 6 minutes, turning occasionally, until browned on all sides .

- 1 (19-oz) pkg frozen cheese ravioli
- 2 Tbsp butter
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 2 Tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1 (14.5-oz) can chicken broth
- 1 (8-oz) container chive and onion cream cheese, softened
- 2 (8-oz) pkg thin green beans
Side Dish Instructions
- Cook ravioli according to package directions.
- Meanwhile, melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat; add garlic powder and flour; cook, stirring constantly, 2 minutes.
- Add broth; cook, stirring often, 5 minutes or until slightly thickened. Add cream cheese, stirring until melted. Add ravioli; toss.
- Steam green beans according to package directions.
