Baked Barbecue-Ranch Chicken Legs

Ingredients

  • 1 (18-oz) bottle barbecue sauce
  • 1 (1-oz) envelope Ranch dressing mix
  • 3 lb chicken drumsticks

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Stir together barbecue sauce and dressing mix in a large bowl; add chicken, stirring to coat.
  2. Place chicken in a single layer, skin-side-up, on a large lightly greased foil-lined rimmed baking sheet. Bake 45 minutes or until chicken is done.

Side Dish Ingredients

  • 1½ cups long-grain white rice
  • 1 crown broccoli, finely chopped
  • 6 Tbsp butter, divided
  • ½ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1 (8-count) pkg frozen mini ears corn

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Cook rice according to package directions, adding chopped broccoli during last 5 minutes of cooking.
  2. Stir in 1 Tbsp butter and cheese; season with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Cook corn according to package directions; brush ears with 5 Tbsp butter until melted. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
