Teriyaki Meatballs
Lo-Mein Noodles and Steamed Broccoli
Ingredients
- 2 lb ground beef
- ½ cup panko breadcrumbs
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 2 Tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 (14-oz) bottle teriyaki sauce
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Stir together beef, breadcrumbs, eggs, ginger, soy sauce, and garlic powder in a large bowl. Shape mixture into 2-inch meatballs; place on a lightly greased wire rack set over a rimmed baking sheet.
- Bake meatballs 20 minutes or until no longer pink in centers.
- Meanwhile, heat teriyaki sauce in a large skillet over medium-low heat. Add meatballs; stirring to coat with sauce.

- 2 (12-oz) pkg broccoli florets
Side Dish Instructions
- Cook noodles according to package directions. Steam broccoli according to package directions; season with salt and pepper to taste.
