Buttery Broccoli Gnocchi

Ingredients
- 2 (12-oz) pkg broccoli florets (or use frozen)
- 2 (16-oz) pkg gnocchi
- ¼ cup butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Cook broccoli according to package directions.
- Meanwhile, cook gnocchi, in batches, in 2 Tbsp melted butter per batch in a large nonskillet over medium-high heat 8 minutes until crisp and tender, turning to brown on all sides.
- Return all gnocchi to skillet. Add garlic, broccoli, and cheese, stirring until cheese melts.
