Buttery Broccoli Gnocchi

Ingredients

  • 2 (12-oz) pkg broccoli florets (or use frozen)
  • 2 (16-oz) pkg gnocchi
  • ¼ cup butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook broccoli according to package directions.
  2. Meanwhile, cook gnocchi, in batches, in 2 Tbsp melted butter per batch in a large nonskillet over medium-high heat 8 minutes until crisp and tender, turning to brown on all sides.
  3. Return all gnocchi to skillet. Add garlic, broccoli, and cheese, stirring until cheese melts.
