Ingredients

  • 1 (13.5-oz) can unsweetened light coconut milk
  • 1 (5.3-oz) carton 2% reduced-fat plain Greek yogurt
  • ½ (16-oz) pkg frozen sliced bananas
  • ½ cup unsweetened flaked coconut
  • ½ cup macadamia nuts (or use almonds)
  • 1 Tbsp honey

Instructions

  1. Process all ingredients in a blender until smooth, scraping sides as needed. Pour into 4 glasses.
