Berry Muesli Yogurt Bowls
Ingredients
- ½ cup quick-cooking oats
- ¼ cup sliced almonds
- ¼ cup chopped walnuts
- ¼ cup dried cherries (or use cranberries)
- ½ tsp ground cinnamon
- ¼ tsp kosher salt
- 1 (16-oz) carton 2% reduced-fat plain Greek yogurt
- 1 (11-oz) pkg blueberries
- 1 Tbsp honey
Instructions
- Toast oats and both nuts in a dry skillet over medium heat 4 to 5 minutes or until golden and fragrant, stirring occasionally.
- Stir together oat mixture, cherries, cinnamon, and salt in a large bowl. Divide yogurt among 4 shallow bowls; top with oat mixture and berries. Serve drizzled with honey.
