Berry Muesli Yogurt Bowls

Ingredients

  • ½ cup quick-cooking oats
  • ¼ cup sliced almonds
  • ¼ cup chopped walnuts
  • ¼ cup dried cherries (or use cranberries) 
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp kosher salt
  • 1 (16-oz) carton 2% reduced-fat plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 (11-oz) pkg blueberries
  • 1 Tbsp honey

Instructions

  1. Toast oats and both nuts in a dry skillet over medium heat 4 to 5 minutes or until golden and fragrant, stirring occasionally.
  2. Stir together oat mixture, cherries, cinnamon, and salt in a large bowl. Divide yogurt among 4 shallow bowls; top with oat mixture and berries. Serve drizzled with honey.
