Ingredients

  • 1 (8-oz) block cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (8-oz) pkg shredded Cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup finely chopped candied pecans
  • 1 (10.9-oz) jar red pepper jelly
  • 1 (13.7-oz) box round buttery crackers

Instructions

  1. Stir together cream cheese, Cheddar cheese, and pecans. Shape mixture into a log and place on a serving platter; cover and chill for at least 1 hour or up to 2 days.
  2. Spoon desired amount of pepper jelly over cheese mixture; serve with crackers.
