Lemon Bars

Ingredients
- 1 (16.5-oz) log refrigerated sugar cookie dough
- ⅓ cup lemon juice
- 4 large eggs
- 1½ cups powdered sugar
- ¼ cup all-purpose flour
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Press dough into a lightly greased 13x9-inch baking pan. Bake 25 minutes. Let cool 15 minutes.
- Whisk together lemon juice, eggs, powdered sugar, and flour in a bowl; pour over warm cookie crust. Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until center is set.
- Let cool completely before cutting into squares. Sprinkle with additional powdered sugar, if desired.
