Grilled Flank Steak with Dill Chimichurri

Ingredients
- 1 (2-lb) flank steak
- ½ cup plus 2 Tbsp olive oil, divided
- ½ cup packed fresh parsley leaves
- ¼ cup fresh dill sprigs
- ¼ cup fresh cilantro leaves
- 3 Tbsp lime juice
- 3 garlic cloves, halved
- ½ tsp salt
- ⅛ tsp crushed red pepper
Instructions
- Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Brush steak with 2 Tbsp oil; season with salt and pepper.
- Grill steak, covered, 5 to 6 minutes per side or to desired doneness; let stand 10 minutes before thinly slicing across the grain.
- Meanwhile, process ½ cup oil, parsley, dill, cilantro, lime juice, garlic, salt, and pepper in a food processor or blender until combined. Spoon sauce over sliced steak.
