Grilled 5-Meat Pizza

Ingredients
- ½ (16-oz) pkg bacon, chopped
- ¾ cup pizza sauce
- 1 Grilled Pizza Crust (from Grilled Pizza Crusts recipe)
- 1 (8-oz) pkg shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
- ½ (8-oz) pkg Canadian bacon, cut into half moons
- ½ (4-oz) pkg pepper-coated salami (or use other salami)
- ¾ cup sliced pepperoni
- 10 frozen meatballs, thawed and halved
- ¼ tsp crushed red pepper
Instructions
- Cook bacon in a large skillet over medium heat until crisp; drain on paper towels.
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Spread pizza sauce over cooked side of grilled crust; sprinkle with 1 cup cheese.
- Arrange Canadian bacon, salami, pepperoni, meatballs and bacon over crust. Sprinkle with 1 cup cheese and crushed red pepper.
- Place on grill rack; cover and grill 5 to 6 minutes or until cheese is melted and bottom of crust is browned.
