Ingredients

  • ½ (16-oz) pkg bacon, chopped
  • ¾ cup pizza sauce
  • 1 Grilled Pizza Crust (from Grilled Pizza Crusts recipe)
  • 1 (8-oz) pkg shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
  • ½ (8-oz) pkg Canadian bacon, cut into half moons
  • ½ (4-oz) pkg pepper-coated salami (or use other salami)
  • ¾ cup sliced pepperoni
  • 10 frozen meatballs, thawed and halved
  • ¼ tsp crushed red pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook bacon in a large skillet over medium heat until crisp; drain on paper towels.
  2. Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Spread pizza sauce over cooked side of grilled crust; sprinkle with 1 cup cheese.
  3. Arrange Canadian bacon, salami, pepperoni, meatballs and bacon over crust. Sprinkle with 1 cup cheese and crushed red pepper.
  4. Place on grill rack; cover and grill 5 to 6 minutes or until cheese is melted and bottom of crust is browned.
