Ingredients

  • ¼ cup refrigerated yogurt Ranch dressing
  • ¼ cup barbecue sauce
  • ½ lb thin deli-sliced low-sodium roast beef
  • 4 (0.67-oz) slices reduced-fat Cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup chopped romaine lettuce
  • 1 tomato, sliced
  • ¼ cup thinly sliced red onion
  • 2 (3-oz) whole wheat pita bread rounds, cut in half crosswise and split

Instructions

  1. Stir together dressing and barbecue sauce.
  2. Stuff roast beef, cheese, lettuce, tomato, and onion into pita halves. Drizzle with dressing mixture.

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Wash grapes thoroughly; dry with paper towels, and place on a rimmed baking sheet. Freeze 2 to 3 hours or until firm.
