Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp olive oil, divided
  • ½ lb sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • ½ (8-oz) pkg sliced mushrooms
  • ¼ cup heavy cream
  • 2 Tbsp garlic-herb spreadable cheese

Instructions

  1. Heat ½ Tbsp oil in an 8- to 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat. Season steak cubes with salt and pepper, if desired. Cook in hot oil 2 minutes per side until browned. Remove from skillet; keep warm.
  2. Heat ½ Tbsp oil in skillet over medium heat. Cook mushrooms in hot oil 5 minutes or until almost tender, stirring occasionally. Add cream and cheese. Cook 1 minute, stirring until cheese is melted.
  3. Add steak to mushroom sauce. Cook 1 to 2 minutes or until thoroughly heated.

Side Dish Ingredients

  • 1 (12-oz) pkg frozen mashed cauliflower
  • 1 Tbsp butter, divided
  • ¼ tsp pepper, divided
  • ½ (16-oz) pkg frozen broccoli florets
  • ⅛ tsp salt
  • 2 Tbsp freshly grated Parmesan cheese

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Heat cauliflower according to package directions. Transfer to a bowl. Stir in ½ Tbsp butter and ⅛ tsp pepper.
  2. Steam broccoli according to package directions; toss with ½ Tbsp butter, salt, and ⅛ tsp pepper. Sprinkle with cheese.
