Pesto Naan Pizzas
Honeydew TossIngredients
- 3 (4.4-oz) pieces whole-grain naan
- 1 (6-oz) jar pesto
- 1 cup shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
- ¾ cup crumbled feta cheese
- 6 Tbsp pine nuts
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Place naan on a baking sheet; spread pesto over each piece. Top with both cheeses; sprinkle with nuts.
- Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until crisp and cheese is melted. Cut pizzas into wedges to serve.

- 1 small honeydew melon, cubed
- 2 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp honey
- Torn fresh mint (optional)
