Pesto Naan Pizzas

Ingredients

  • 3 (4.4-oz) pieces whole-grain naan
  • 1 (6-oz) jar pesto
  • 1 cup shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
  • ¾ cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 6 Tbsp pine nuts

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Place naan on a baking sheet; spread pesto over each piece. Top with both cheeses; sprinkle with nuts.
  2. Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until crisp and cheese is melted. Cut pizzas into wedges to serve.

  • 1 small honeydew melon, cubed
  • 2 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp honey
  • Torn fresh mint (optional)

  1. Toss together ingredients in a large bowl.
