Broccoli Crunch Salad and Sweet Potato FriesWine Recommendation

Ingredients
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- ⅓ cup mayonnaise
- 3 (6-oz) grouper fillets
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- ½ (12-oz) bottle tartar sauce
Instructions
- Place panko in a shallow bowl. Place mayonnaise in another shallow bowl.
- Season fish all over with salt and pepper. Dip fish in mayonnaise; dredge in panko, pressing to adhere.
- Cook fish in hot oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat 5 to 7 minutes per side or until fish flakes with a fork. Serve with tartar sauce.

- 1 (12-oz) pkg broccoli crunch chopped kit
Side Dish Instructions
- Bake sweet potato fries according to package directions. Sprinkle with salt to taste.
