Broccoli Crunch Salad and Sweet Potato Fries

Ingredients

  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • ⅓ cup mayonnaise
  • 3 (6-oz) grouper fillets
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • ½ (12-oz) bottle tartar sauce

Instructions

  1. Place panko in a shallow bowl. Place mayonnaise in another shallow bowl.
  2. Season fish all over with salt and pepper. Dip fish in mayonnaise; dredge in panko, pressing to adhere.
  3. Cook fish in hot oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat 5 to 7 minutes per side or until fish flakes with a fork. Serve with tartar sauce.

  • 1 (12-oz) pkg broccoli crunch chopped kit

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Bake sweet potato fries according to package directions. Sprinkle with salt to taste.
