Tuna-Grape Salad Sandwiches

Ingredients
- ½ cup reduced-fat mayonnaise
- Grated zest and juice of ½ lemon
- ½ tsp pepper
- 3 (5-oz) cans chunk light tuna in water, drained
- 2 stalks celery, finely chopped
- ⅔ cup seedless red grapes, halved
- 2 cups chopped romaine lettuce
- 4 (1.5-oz) whole wheat hamburger buns, split and toasted
Instructions
- Whisk together mayonnaise, lemon zest, lemon juice, and pepper in a large bowl. Add tuna, celery, and grapes; toss.
- Divide lettuce among bottoms of buns; top with tuna salad. Cover with bun tops.
