Ingredients

  • ½ cup reduced-fat mayonnaise
  • Grated zest and juice of ½ lemon
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • 3 (5-oz) cans chunk light tuna in water, drained
  • 2 stalks celery, finely chopped
  • ⅔ cup seedless red grapes, halved
  • 2 cups chopped romaine lettuce
  • 4 (1.5-oz) whole wheat hamburger buns, split and toasted

Instructions

  1. Whisk together mayonnaise, lemon zest, lemon juice, and pepper in a large bowl. Add tuna, celery, and grapes; toss.
  2. Divide lettuce among bottoms of buns; top with tuna salad. Cover with bun tops.
