Everything Bagel Avocado Toast
Fresh Apple SlicesIngredients
- 2 everything bagels (preferably whole wheat), split
- 1 avocado
- 2 Tbsp lemon juice
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 Tbsp balsamic glaze
Instructions
- Preheat broiler. Broil bagels until toasted.
- Mash avocados with lemon juice in a bowl; lightly season with salt and pepper. Spread over toasted bagels.
- Arrange tomatoes over avocado; drizzle with glaze.
