Everything Bagel Avocado Toast

Ingredients

  • 2 everything bagels (preferably whole wheat), split
  • 1 avocado
  • 2 Tbsp lemon juice
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 Tbsp balsamic glaze

Instructions

  1. Preheat broiler. Broil bagels until toasted.
  2. Mash avocados with lemon juice in a bowl; lightly season with salt and pepper. Spread over toasted bagels.
  3. Arrange tomatoes over avocado; drizzle with glaze.
