Italian Melon and Salami Dip
Ingredients
- 3 cups chopped cantaloupe
- 3 cups chopped honeydew
- 1 (5-oz) pkg miniature pepperoni
- ½ lb salami, chopped
- ¼ cup chopped fresh basil
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 Tbsp lime juice
- 1 (8-oz) pkg pita chips
Instructions
- Toss together cantaloupe, honeydew, pepperoni, salami, basil, oil, and lime juice in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve immediately, or cover and refrigerate up to 2 days. Serve with pita chips.
