Italian Melon and Salami Dip

Ingredients

  • 3 cups chopped cantaloupe
  • 3 cups chopped honeydew
  • 1 (5-oz) pkg miniature pepperoni
  • ½ lb salami, chopped
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh basil
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp lime juice
  • 1 (8-oz) pkg pita chips

Instructions

  1. Toss together cantaloupe, honeydew, pepperoni, salami, basil, oil, and lime juice in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Serve immediately, or cover and refrigerate up to 2 days. Serve with pita chips.
