Salmon with Rosemary-Dijon Butter

Ingredients
- 2 lb salmon fillets
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 1 tsp freshly ground pepper
- ¼ cup butter, softened
- 2 Tbsp Dijon mustard
- 2 tsp dried crushed rosemary
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F. Place fish on a foil-lined rimmed baking sheet; sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Combine butter, mustard, and rosemary; spread on fish. Bake 12 to 15 minutes or until fish flakes with a fork.
