Ingredients

  • 2 lb salmon fillets
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • 1 tsp freshly ground pepper
  • ¼ cup butter, softened
  • 2 Tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 tsp dried crushed rosemary

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Place fish on a foil-lined rimmed baking sheet; sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  2. Combine butter, mustard, and rosemary; spread on fish. Bake 12 to 15 minutes or until fish flakes with a fork.
