Broccoli Slaw and Garlic Toast

Ingredients

  • ⅓ cup honey mustard dressing
  • ⅓ cup teriyaki sauce
  • ¼ cup hot sauce
  • 6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1½ Tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Combine honey mustard, teriyaki, and hot sauce in a small saucepan; cook over medium-high heat 6 minutes or until thickened. Cool slightly.
  2. Meanwhile, cook chicken in hot oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat 5 to 6 minutes per side or until browned. Season lightly with salt and pepper. Spoon honey mustard mixture over chicken, turning to coat chicken. Cook 3 minutes or until chicken is done and coated with glaze.

Side Dish Ingredients

  • 6 slices garlic Texas toast
  • 1 (12-oz) pkg broccoli slaw
  • ¼ cup (or more) Dijon honey mustard dressing

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Bake garlic toast according to package directions.
  2. Toss together broccoli slaw and desired amount of dressing. Chill until ready to serve.
