Raspberry Bourbon Rickey

Ingredients
- ½ lime
- ¼ cup raspberries
- 1½ to 2 oz bourbon
- 1 tsp simple syrup
- ½ cup tangerine-flavored sparkling water, chilled
- Garnishes: lime wedges and raspberries (optional)
Instructions
- Squeeze lime half over a cocktail shaker half filled with ice, and drop it in. Add raspberries, and muddle slightly.
- Add whiskey, simple syrup, and ice to fill cocktail shaker. Cover and shake until chilled, about 30 seconds. Strain into a Collins glass filled half full with ice. Top with sparkling water. Garnish, if desired. Makes 1 serving.
