Ingredients

  • 1 (1-lb) pork tenderloin, trimmed
  • ½ Tbsp ground ancho chile pepper
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp ground cumin
  • 2 Tbsp vegetable oil
  • 8 street taco-size flour tortillas
  • 1 (8-oz) pkg shredded Mexican-blend cheese

Instructions

  1. Cut pork into 1-inch cubes; rub with chile pepper, garlic, and cumin. Cook pork in hot oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until browned, stirring occasionally.
  2. Heat tortillas according to package directions; serve pork in warm tortillas with cheese.
