Sheet Pan Grouper, Potatoes and Green Beans

Creamy Lemon-Herb Sauce

Ingredients

  • ½ lb small red potatoes, halved
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil, divided
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp salt, divided
  • ¼ tsp pepper, divided
  • 2 (6-oz) grouper fillets (or any firm white fish)
  • ½ tsp Italian seasoning, divided
  • ½ (12-oz) pkg green beans
  • ¾ tsp lemon zest

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 450°F. Toss together potatoes, ½ Tbsp oil, garlic powder, ⅛ tsp each salt and pepper on a rimmed baking sheet. Bake 8 minutes.
  2. Place fish on another baking sheet; sprinkle with ¼ tsp Italian seasoning, and ⅛ each salt and pepper. Toss together beans, ½ Tbsp oil, and lemon zest on baking sheet with fish. Add to oven.
  3. Bake 12 to 14 minutes or until fish flakes with a fork and green beans and potatoes are lightly browned and tender. Serve with Creamy Lemon-Herb Sauce recipe.

Side Dish Ingredients

  • 3 Tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 tsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • ⅛ tsp salt

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a small bowl, adding water, if needed, to reach pourable consistency. Serve with fish, potatoes, and green beans.
