Sheet Pan Grouper, Potatoes and Green Beans
Creamy Lemon-Herb Sauce
Ingredients
- ½ lb small red potatoes, halved
- 1 Tbsp olive oil, divided
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
- ¼ tsp salt, divided
- ¼ tsp pepper, divided
- 2 (6-oz) grouper fillets (or any firm white fish)
- ½ tsp Italian seasoning, divided
- ½ (12-oz) pkg green beans
- ¾ tsp lemon zest
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450°F. Toss together potatoes, ½ Tbsp oil, garlic powder, ⅛ tsp each salt and pepper on a rimmed baking sheet. Bake 8 minutes.
- Place fish on another baking sheet; sprinkle with ¼ tsp Italian seasoning, and ⅛ each salt and pepper. Toss together beans, ½ Tbsp oil, and lemon zest on baking sheet with fish. Add to oven.
- Bake 12 to 14 minutes or until fish flakes with a fork and green beans and potatoes are lightly browned and tender. Serve with Creamy Lemon-Herb Sauce recipe.
Side Dish Ingredients
- 3 Tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp chopped fresh parsley
- 2 tsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- ⅛ tsp salt
Side Dish Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a small bowl, adding water, if needed, to reach pourable consistency. Serve with fish, potatoes, and green beans.
