Mexican Crunch Cheeseburgers

Ingredients
- ½ lb ground beef
- 2 tsp envelope taco seasoning mix
- 2 slices Colby-Jack cheese (or use pepper-Jack)
- 2 brioche buns
- 2 romaine lettuce leaves
- 1 avocado, sliced
- ½ (3.5-oz) pkg tricolor tortilla strips
- ½ cup mild taco sauce (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Mix together beef and seasoning; shape into 2 patties.
- Grill, covered, 5 minutes per side or until no longer pink. Top each burger with cheese; remove burgers to a plate.
- Serve burgers on buns with lettuce, avocado, tortilla strips, and, if desired, taco sauce.

- 1 (7.6-oz) pkg cheesy Mexican rice
- 1 (10-oz) container seasonal fruit blend (or watermelon chunks)

- Cook rice according to package directions. Serve rice and fruit on each plate.
