Grilled Pork with Spicy Basil Aioli
Tangy Broccoli-Carrot Slaw
Ingredients
- 2 (1-lb) pork tenderloins, trimmed
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup olive-oil mayonnaise
- ¼ cup chopped fresh basil
- 2 Tbsp Sriracha hot sauce
Instructions
- Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Rub pork with oil; season lightly with salt and pepper.
- Grill pork, covered, 8 to 10 minutes per side or until a meat thermometer inserted into thickest portion reads 145°F. Let stand 3 minutes; thinly slice.
- Stir together mayonnaise, basil, and Sriracha in a small bowl. Serve with pork.

- ½ cup chopped red bell pepper
Side Dish Instructions
- Whisk together vinegar, oil, mustard, garlic, thyme, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Add slaw, carrots, and bell pepper; toss. Chill until ready to serve.
