Grilled Pork with Spicy Basil Aioli

Ingredients

  • 2 (1-lb) pork tenderloins, trimmed
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 cup olive-oil mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh basil
  • 2 Tbsp Sriracha hot sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Rub pork with oil; season lightly with salt and pepper.
  2. Grill pork, covered, 8 to 10 minutes per side or until a meat thermometer inserted into thickest portion reads 145°F. Let stand 3 minutes; thinly slice.
  3. Stir together mayonnaise, basil, and Sriracha in a small bowl. Serve with pork.

  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 2 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • ½ tsp dried thyme
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper

  • ⅔ cup matchstick-cut carrots
  • ½ cup chopped red bell pepper

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Whisk together vinegar, oil, mustard, garlic, thyme, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Add slaw, carrots, and bell pepper; toss. Chill until ready to serve.
