Lemon-Dill Grouper Piccata
Toasted Almond Green BeansIngredients
- 6 (6-oz) grouper fillets (or use tilapia or cod)
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp pepper
- 1½ Tbsp chopped fresh dill (or use 2 tsp dried)
- 1 (8-oz) carton sour cream
- ¼ cup capers
- 1 lemon, cut into wedges
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F. Sprinkle fish with salt and pepper. Place fish on a foil-lined baking sheet coated with cooking spray.
- Bake 10 minutes; sprinkle with dill. Bake 2 minutes longer or until fish flakes with fork.
- Meanwhile, combine sour cream and capers; serve sauce with fish. Squeeze lemon juice over fish.

- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- ½ tsp kosher salt
- ¼ tsp pepper

- Steam green beans according to package directions until crisp-tender. Toss with oil, salt, and pepper. Sprinkle with nuts.
