BLT Steak Salad

Ingredients
- 1¼ lb boneless sirloin steak, trimmed
- 1 Tbsp Montreal steak seasoning
- 1 (10-oz) pkg spinach
- 1¼ cups chopped Roma tomatoes
- ½ cup thinly sliced red onion
- 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 3 Tbsp olive oil
- 3 Tbsp red wine vinegar
- 2 tsp Dijon mustard
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ tsp pepper
Instructions
- Preheat broiler. Sprinkle steak with seasoning. Place steak on a broiler pan coated with cooking spray.
- Broil 8 to 10 minutes or to desired doneness, turning once. Let stand 10 minutes before thinly slicing across the grain. Cut into bite-size pieces, if desired.
- Combine spinach, tomatoes, onion, and bacon in a large bowl.
- Whisk together oil, vinegar, mustard, garlic, and pepper; drizzle over salad, and toss. Top with steak.
