Double Bacon Cheeseburger Pizza

Ingredients

  • 1½ lb ground beef
  • ½ (12-oz) pkg bacon
  • 1 (1-lb) rolled out pizza dough
  • ¾ cup pizza sauce
  • 1 (6-oz) pkg Canadian bacon
  • 1 (8-oz) pkg shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 2 tsp Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Cook beef in a large skillet over medium heat until browned and crumbly; drain, and set aside.
  2. Cook bacon in same large skillet until crisp; drain on paper towels.
  3. Preheat oven to 425°F. Place dough on a lightly greased pizza pan, pressing to edges. Spread pizza sauce over dough. Top with beef, both bacons, and cheeses. Sprinkle with seasoning.
  4. Bake 20 minutes or until dough is browned and cheeses are melted.

Side Dish Ingredients

  • 1 (10-oz) pkg frozen roasted corn, thawed
  • 1 (24-oz) pkg classic salad mix
  • 1 (2.8-oz) pkg French fried onions
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • ¾ cup Ranch dressing

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Toss together all ingredients just before serving.
