Cheesy Chili Dog Waffle Fries

Ingredients

  • 1 (24-oz) pkg frozen waffle-cut french fried potatoes
  • ½ lb ground beef
  • ½ (8-count) pkg all-beef hot dogs, sliced
  • 1 (15-oz) can tomato sauce
  • ½ (1.75-oz) envelope chili seasoning mix
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar-Jack cheese
  • ½ (15-oz) can nacho cheese sauce

Instructions

  1. Bake fries according to package directions.
  2. Meanwhile, cook beef and hot dogs in a large skillet over medium heat until beef is browned and crumbly; drain, and return to skillet.
  3. Add tomato sauce and seasoning mix; bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer 5 minutes.
  4. Spoon chili mixture over fries. Sprinkle with shredded cheese.
  5. Heat cheese dip according to package directions; spoon over shredded cheese.

Side Dish Ingredients

  • 1 romaine lettuce heart, torn
  • ½ (3.4-oz) pkg baked crunchy apple chips, broken into large pieces
  • ¼ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • ¼ cup balsamic vinaigrette

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Toss together all ingredients just before serving.
