Cheesy Chili Dog Waffle Fries
Romaine and Apple Chip SaladIngredients
- 1 (24-oz) pkg frozen waffle-cut french fried potatoes
- ½ lb ground beef
- ½ (8-count) pkg all-beef hot dogs, sliced
- 1 (15-oz) can tomato sauce
- ½ (1.75-oz) envelope chili seasoning mix
- 1 cup shredded Cheddar-Jack cheese
- ½ (15-oz) can nacho cheese sauce
Instructions
- Bake fries according to package directions.
- Meanwhile, cook beef and hot dogs in a large skillet over medium heat until beef is browned and crumbly; drain, and return to skillet.
- Add tomato sauce and seasoning mix; bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer 5 minutes.
- Spoon chili mixture over fries. Sprinkle with shredded cheese.
- Heat cheese dip according to package directions; spoon over shredded cheese.
Side Dish Ingredients
- 1 romaine lettuce heart, torn
- ½ (3.4-oz) pkg baked crunchy apple chips, broken into large pieces
- ¼ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- ¼ cup balsamic vinaigrette
