Ingredients

  • 1 (12-oz) pkg bacon, chopped
  • 1 (13.8-oz) can refrigerated pizza crust
  • 3 Roma tomatoes, sliced
  • 3 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1½ tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1½ tsp garlic powder
  • 3 cups baby spinach
  • 1 (8-oz) block mozzarella cheese, shredded

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Cook bacon in a large skillet, in batches if necessary, 6 to 8 minutes or until crisp. Drain.
  2. Meanwhile, press dough into a 13- x 9-inch greased baking sheet or a 12-inch greased pizza pan. Prick surface with a fork. Bake 6 minutes.
  3. Pat dry tomatoes with paper towels. Brush surface of dough with oil; sprinkle with Italian seasoning and garlic powder. Top with spinach, cheese, tomatoes, and bacon.
  4. Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until crust is browned and cheese is melted.
