Easy Nachos Grande
Sweet and Spicy Mango
Ingredients
- 1 (14.7-oz) can vegetarian chili
- 1 cup yellow corn kernels (4 ears corn; or use frozen corn, thawed)
- 1 (5-oz) pkg whole-grain tortilla chips
- ½ (8-oz) pkg shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
- 1 avocado, sliced
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Heat chili and corn in a saucepan 3 to 5 minutes, stirring often.
- Spread chips on a rimmed baking sheet. Top with chili mixture and cheese. Bake 7 to 9 minutes or until cheese is melted. Top with avocado.

- ¼ tsp organic sugar
- ⅛ tsp chili powder
- ⅛ tsp salt
- 1 large mango, sliced
