Mushroom Burgers
Fresh RaspberriesIngredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- ¼ cup grated onion, divided
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
- 1 (8-oz) pkg sliced mushrooms
- ½ tsp dried thyme
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 4 large romaine lettuce leaves
- ⅓ cup mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp Dijon mustard
Instructions
- Combine beef, onion, garlic, salt, and pepper. Shape into 4 large patties.
- Cook in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat 4 to 5 minutes per side or until no longer pink. Remove from skillet.
- Cook mushrooms and thyme in hot oil in same skillet 4 to 6 minutes or until browned.
- Place each burger on a lettuce leaf; top with mayonnaise, mustard, and mushrooms.

- Serve raspberries on each plate.
