Mushroom Burgers

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • ¼ cup grated onion, divided
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • 1 (8-oz) pkg sliced mushrooms
  • ½ tsp dried thyme
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 4 large romaine lettuce leaves
  • ⅓ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp Dijon mustard

Instructions

  1. Combine beef, onion, garlic, salt, and pepper. Shape into 4 large patties.
  2. Cook in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat 4 to 5 minutes per side or until no longer pink. Remove from skillet.
  3. Cook mushrooms and thyme in hot oil in same skillet 4 to 6 minutes or until browned.
  4. Place each burger on a lettuce leaf; top with mayonnaise, mustard, and mushrooms.

Side Dish Ingredients

  • 2 cups raspberries

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Serve raspberries on each plate.
