Lemony Chicken Salad with Grapes and Pecans
Carrot Sticks
Ingredients
- ¼ cup chopped pecans
- 2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
- ¼ cup seedless red grapes, halved
- 2 stalks celery, chopped
- ¼ cup chopped red onion
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 2 tsp lemon zest
- 2 Tbsp lemon juice
Instructions
- Toast nuts in a dry skillet over medium-high heat 3 to 5 minutes or until golden and fragrant; cool.
- Combine nuts, chicken, grapes, celery, and onion in a large bowl.
- Combine mayonnaise, lemon zest, and lemon juice. Pour over chicken mixture; toss.
