Lemony Chicken Salad with Grapes and Pecans

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup chopped pecans
  • 2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
  • ¼ cup seedless red grapes, halved
  • 2 stalks celery, chopped
  • ¼ cup chopped red onion
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tsp lemon zest
  • 2 Tbsp lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Toast nuts in a dry skillet over medium-high heat 3 to 5 minutes or until golden and fragrant; cool.
  2. Combine nuts, chicken, grapes, celery, and onion in a large bowl.
  3. Combine mayonnaise, lemon zest, and lemon juice. Pour over chicken mixture; toss.
