Korean Barbecue Burgers
Onion RingsIngredients
- ¾ lb ground beef
- 3 green onions, finely chopped and divided
- 1½ Tbsp soy sauce
- ½ Tbsp sesame oil
- ½ Tbsp brown sugar
- ½ tsp ground ginger
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- 2 sesame seed hamburger buns, split
- ½(16-oz) pkg tricolor coleslaw
- 2 Tbsp mayonnaise
- ½ Tbsp Sriracha hot sauce
Instructions
- Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Combine beef, 1 chopped onion, soy sauce, oil, sugar, ginger, and garlic powder in a large bowl. Shape mixture into 2 patties.
- Grill patties, covered, 5 to 6 minutes per side or until no longer pink. Grill buns, cut sides down, 1 minute or until toasted.
- Stir together coleslaw, 2 chopped onions, mayonnaise, and Sriracha in a large bowl. Serve burgers on buns with desired amount of coleslaw.

- 1 (16-oz) pkg frozen onion rings

- Bake onion rings according to package directions. Serve with burgers.
