Bacon-Mushroom Pasta
Ingredients
- 1 (16-oz) pkg spaghetti
- 6 slices bacon, chopped
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 (16-oz) pkg sliced mushrooms
- 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 (6-oz) pkg baby spinach
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package directions.
- Meanwhile, cook bacon and onion in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat 4 minutes. Add mushrooms; cook 6 minutes or until bacon is crisp and onion and mushrooms are tender.
- Add broth and Italian seasoning; cook 3 to 4 minutes or until thickened. Add spinach and pasta to skillet, tossing to coat and wilt spinach. Sprinkle with cheese.
