Wasa Multigrain Crispbread

Ingredients

  • 3 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
  • ½ cup olive-oil mayonnaise
  • ½ cup chopped pecans
  • 1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp dried tarragon
  • ½ (5-oz) pkg mixed baby greens
  • ½ (16-oz) pkg strawberries, halved
  • ¼ cup balsamic vinaigrette

Instructions

  1. Combine chicken, mayonnaise, nuts, mustard, lemon juice, and tarragon in a large bowl. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Divide greens and strawberries between plates. Drizzle dressing over greens; top with desired amount of chicken salad. Refrigerate remaining chicken salad for another meal.
