Sheet Pan Sesame Chicken and Broccoli
Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp sesame oil
- 2 Tbsp soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp gochujang (Korean chile paste)
- ¾ lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into chunks
- 1 (12-oz) broccoli florets
- 1 red bell pepper, cut into chunks
- 1 Tbsp honey
- 2 tsp sesame seeds
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F. Stir together oil, soy sauce, and gochujang in a bowl. Add chicken, broccoli, and bell pepper; toss. Spread on a large rimmed baking sheet.
- Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until chicken is done and vegetables are tender. Drizzle with honey, and sprinkle with sesame seeds; stir.
