Caesar Salad with Shrimp

Ingredients
- 1½ lb peeled and deveined, medium-size raw shrimp
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 (10-oz) pkg chopped romaine lettuce
- 1 cup grape tomatoes, halved
- ¼ cup freshly shredded Parmesan cheese
- ½ cup creamy Caesar yogurt dressing
Instructions
- Sauté shrimp in hot oil in a large skillet over medium heat 3 minutes or until shrimp turn pink.
- Combine lettuce, tomatoes, and cheese in a bowl; add dressing, and toss.
- Top with shrimp.
