Caesar Salad with Shrimp

Ingredients

  • 1½ lb peeled and deveined, medium-size raw shrimp
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 (10-oz) pkg chopped romaine lettuce
  • 1 cup grape tomatoes, halved
  • ¼ cup freshly shredded Parmesan cheese
  • ½ cup creamy Caesar yogurt dressing

Instructions

  1. Sauté shrimp in hot oil in a large skillet over medium heat 3 minutes or until shrimp turn pink.
  2. Combine lettuce, tomatoes, and cheese in a bowl; add dressing, and toss.
  3. Top with shrimp.
