Grilled Mediterranean Burgers with Feta Dip

Ingredients

  • 1½ tsp salt-free Greek seasoning
  • 2 fresh plant-based burger patties
  • ⅓ cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 3 Tbsp olive-oil mayonnaise
  • 3 Tbsp whole milk plain Greek yogurt
  • ¼ tsp dried dill
  • ½ lemon
  • ⅛ tsp kosher salt
  • ⅛ tsp pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Sprinkle Greek seasoning over patties. Grill patties according to package directions.
  2. Meanwhile, stir together cheese, mayonnaise, yogurt, and dill in a bowl. Grate zest and squeeze juice from lemon into cheese mixture; stir well. Season with salt and pepper. Serve Feta Dip with burgers.

Side Dish Ingredients

  • ½ lb asparagus, trimmed
  • 1½ tsp olive oil
  • 1 tomato, sliced

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Toss asparagus with oil on a lightly greased rimmed baking sheet; bake 15 minutes or until crisp-tender. Serve asparagus and sliced tomatoes with burgers.
