Grilled Mediterranean Burgers with Feta Dip
Roasted Asparagus and Sliced TomatoesIngredients
- 1½ tsp salt-free Greek seasoning
- 2 fresh plant-based burger patties
- ⅓ cup crumbled feta cheese
- 3 Tbsp olive-oil mayonnaise
- 3 Tbsp whole milk plain Greek yogurt
- ¼ tsp dried dill
- ½ lemon
- ⅛ tsp kosher salt
- ⅛ tsp pepper
Instructions
- Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Sprinkle Greek seasoning over patties. Grill patties according to package directions.
- Meanwhile, stir together cheese, mayonnaise, yogurt, and dill in a bowl. Grate zest and squeeze juice from lemon into cheese mixture; stir well. Season with salt and pepper. Serve Feta Dip with burgers.

- ½ lb asparagus, trimmed
- 1½ tsp olive oil
- 1 tomato, sliced
Side Dish Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Toss asparagus with oil on a lightly greased rimmed baking sheet; bake 15 minutes or until crisp-tender. Serve asparagus and sliced tomatoes with burgers.
