Quick Taco Salad
Ingredients
- ½ lb ground beef
- 1 (16-oz) can chili beans, drained
- ½ (1-oz) envelope taco seasoning mix
- ¼ cup water
- ½ (10-oz) pkg corn chips
- ½ head romaine lettuce, shredded
- 1 cup shredded colby-Jack cheese
- 1 Roma tomato, chopped
- ¼ cup sour cream
Instructions
- Cook beef in a nonstick skillet over medium heat until browned and crumbly; drain and return to skillet. Add beans, seasoning, and water. Cook 3 minutes or until very thick.
- Layer chips, lettuce, beef mixture, and cheese on a platter or in a bowl. Toss just before serving. Top with tomato and sour cream.
